Anger is a common emotion that we feel.

We can choose what we spend our energy on. 

If someone has caused me to feel angry, I wait until I have a calmer energy to talk about the problem with them.

If it is me I am angry with, I still try to speak calmly and respectfully to myself, so that I can make better choices in the future.

Sometimes when we’re angry, we just need to get the energy out of our body!

Physical activities and movement can help us safely manage our anger.

I safely deal with my anger by using my strength to push against the wall or by playing a sport that I can put my energy into.
