
Hi, I'm Olivia Smith, the creator of Mindful Mates.
I conceptualised and created Mindful Mates in 2022, with the mission to support children in their understanding, regulation, and expression of their feelings in a healthy and empathetic way.
As an educator, and former child, I know the significance of developing healthy and effective coping strategies to deal with complex or difficult emotions.

Mindful Mates can be used alone or together.
We can use Mindful Mates together to discuss important mental health and wellbeing topics, and practice different emotional regulation strategies.
