Mindfulness gives us the power to learn, grow, and make informed choices.

Slowly, breathe in through your nose. 

As you feel your chest rise, slide the scale along to the other side.

Slide the scale back as you breathe out slowly through your mouth, as you feel your chest and body relax.

We can control our thoughts by focusing on our mantra. When we add deep breaths, we can regulate.

It's okay to go slow, just as long as you grow.
